Next, go to shop.epsilonpharmacy.com.au and click ‘Get Started with Epsilon’ and create your account.
Please note that your account will only become active once the Epsilon Pharmacy team has verified all relevant details.
After you sign up, our Epsilon Pharmacy team will be notified. For your safety and privacy, we personally verify each new account. A team member will contact you within 1 business day to confirm your details and activate your account. Once activated, your prescriptions will appear in your portal account within 24-48 hours of us receiving them from your doctor. You can then order anytime, from anywhere
Once you are ready to place an order, simply click on the script item you would like to order and follow the prompts.
You can change your details anytime in your portal account under My Delivery. If you are having difficulty, simply email info@epsilonpharmacy.com.au or call 1800EPSILN (1800 377 456) and one of our friendly staff will be happy to help.
Yes. Epsilon Pharmacy offers home delivery across Australia once your prescription is dispensed. Delivery is sent straight to your address, typically within 1–2 business days.
No, we are an online pharmacy. However, we offer fast and secure delivery Australia-wide. If you live on the Gold Coast and would prefer to pick up your order, you can arrange pick-up from our Gold Coast location in Southport. Please contact us to arrange collection.
To access smoking cessation medicine, you will first need a valid prescription from your practitioner.
If you don’t already have one, Epsilon Clinics can assist by providing smoking cessation consultations.
An authorised prescriber will assess your medical condition and determine if smoking cessation medicine is a suitable treatment option for you.
